Can you come today?

Call before 11 AM and we aim to be there the same day. From November to April the season is busy, so we confirm the window on the call.

What should I have ready when I call?

The brand, the model number and what the appliance is doing: the noise, the code on the display, when it started. The model number is on a label, usually on a side wall or the ceiling inside the refrigerator, around the door opening of a dryer or front-load washer, under the lid or on the back of the control panel of a top-load washer, along the edge of the dishwasher door or tub, and on the oven frame behind the door or the storage drawer.

Do you come out to the islands?

Yes. Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island and Fort Myers Beach are in the Fort Myers area, (239) 402-5412. Marco Island is in the Bonita Springs and Naples area, (239) 224-3431.

What does the service call cost?

We tell you the fee when you call. If you go ahead with the repair, the service call fee is waived.

What warranty do I get?

3 months on labor for all appliances except high-end. On high-end appliances, parts are covered for 1 year.
